It looks like good riding weather next Wednesday; we'll take advantage of the warm temperatures and clear skies to return to an old favorite. Lila's is located at 100 Main in Piedmont. To accommodate a group of our size, they'll have a special meal for us, probably chicken fried steak. It looks like a great chance to take the long way home after a really good meal.

ROMEO to the only business in Piedmont Kansas - Jim and Lila's. Neither Jim or Lila were there today, but two of their offspring took very good care of the ROMEO group today. We really enjoy Lila's, the ride over is great and the food is best of the best. I have mentioned this in the past - It's like being home - Mom would make food, put it in front of me and I took it down. That simple.

We had 21 ROMEO today. 14 bikes rolled in with 16 riders, others were in tin can type rides with no wind in their face. The riders rolled a total of 860 miles to Lila's (and very likely more on return home, I did 40 extra flint hill miles). Moundridge Ron rolled 100 to be the top rider, all riders were above 50 one way miles.

Great turnout today, appreciate all the friends that gang up weekly. See you next week. Roger will post the destination in soon time.
