Somebody heard about this place so Joe Sexton went and checked it out for us. He said the food was very good. She said Wednesday is "pan-fried chicken day" and she will reserve "the 2 big tables" for us. The forecast looks good and this is a new town/new place for us.

Fantastic day for a motorcycle ride!!! Huge turn-out. I counted 38 people.
Handful of us met up at the Iron Skillet for the ride to Palmer. Diesel Dave called and was running late so the group took off and I waited for Dave. While waiting, I saw Bruce Deppe getting gas. So he and I waited for Dave and then the three of us rode the back roads (Oak Hill, Idana, Clifton) to Palmer. Perfect weather and great road surface.
Everyone seemed really pleased with the food and the place. Ray Sterling and Joe Sexton found us a good place.
