SPRING RENDEZVOUS - May 20-22, 2024

Ok, it time to start preparing for our “2024 Spring Rendezvous.” The chosen destination is Mountain Home, AR. Bob Savner is our coordinator and point man for this event. For more information and questions, contact Bob at 913-645-5325 or email him srsavner@icloud.com. The Romeo Riders Rendezvous is one of a kind and has been for some time now. Try it you’ll like it!
All ROMEO GROUPS: Everyone is invited to join us on May 20-22, 2024, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, at the Quality Inn & Suites, (1031 Highland Cir, Mountain Home, AR 72653) for 3 days of riding and fun in Northcentral Arkansas. If you’re into camping, there are excellent facilities in and around Mountain Home for that as well. Feel free to bring your RV’s and camping gear to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and vistas in the area.
HOW TO REGISTER: Call Quality Inn & Suites (870-424-9000) and ask for Duane Bales, our host & coordinator for this motel. As a point of interest, the motel will be offering a free hot breakfast each morning at 6am.
ROOMS: Double Queen beds, $99 + tax. Twenty rooms have been reserved for us; more can be added if necessary. It is my guess that the rooms will fill up fast. All reservations must be made no later than April 29th. If you should find no rooms are available, there are other motels in and around Mountain Home. Cancelations must be made 24hrs prior to the stay.
Wednesday night of the May 22nd there will be a traditional Romeo evening dinner at 6pm at “Jamie’s Restaurant” (1502 Hwy 62 E, Mountain Home, AR 72653). After dinner at 7:30pm, we will retire back to the Motel for a "50/50" drawing. Tickets will be sold throughout the event & that evening of the drawing at the door.
This information will be readily available for all to read throughout the winter months & into May until this event takes place. It will be posted on the DISCUSSION FORUM. All info can be copied by the forum coordinators at their leisure. It’s not too early to start planning and getting a room reserved. I’m looking forward to another great Romeo Rendezvous.
