Joint South & North Central Lunch Ride: Wednesday, October 4, 11:00 AM

A number of us plan to be in Harrison, Arkansas, for the fall ROMEO rendezvous next Wednesday. For those who can't make the trip, we've selected an excellent location for a joint lunch with the North Central group.

The Carriage Crossing, in Yoder, is a familiar place for most of us. The food and service have always been good. They have a good lunch menu (I roommend the German rope sausage, but the sandwiches are equally good.) There's also a nice selection of pie for those who leave room for dessert. There's designated motorcycle parking at the front of the restaurant, but plenty of overflow room for those who don't arrive early.

It's a short trip to Yoder, about forty miles from Wichita.

I'll see everyone when we're back together the following week.

Seven of the South Central ROMEOs showed up in Hutchinson, along with about twenty-one of our North Central friends. (Their group is usually larger, and the weather was a bit better north and west of us.) The food at the Carriage Crossing was good, as usual, and the service was excellent. I believe that there will be some photos on the North Central sub-forum.
