Atchison is the Amelia Earhart Birthplace. PAOLUCCI RESTAURANT is known for its Italian cuisine, but did you know that (unbeknownst to me) they also serve a delicious breakfast and get you started with good coffee? They serve perfectly cooked biscuits, yummy pancakes, or just an old-fashioned country cooking kind of a breakfast like toast, eggs, hashbrowns & sausage. For lunch they also have a variety of tasty deli sandwiches, chicken pies, chicken salads, including a good old-fashioned hamburger. And nothing to say about their delicious pasta dishes. Oh, and don’t even get me started on all of their most delicious pies.

With all that said, there is a warm atmosphere here, you can feel relaxed and have a good time. You will find there is a combination of great food and a very nice staff. This is exactly what we Romeos like, warm surroundings and service with a smile. You may even be surprised by their affordable prices. Google users have rated this as a 4.3-star restaurant. It has been exquisitely fabulous for riding this week. We have had a couple of short-lived “teasers” for cool temperatures, gifting us with 70’s & 80’s. Fall is around the corner but not until one more round of hot temperatures for next week.

Paolucci’s Italian Restaurant in Atchison lived up to their reputation and delivered once again their long-standing excellent service and delicious meals. Our outstanding waitress had no problems handling our group with grace and ease. We managed to gather with about 22 of us for the day. And now here is how the day went.
