John has done all the work on this ride, I'll just cut and paste it for our Holiday, family and friends combined ride. I did double check with Debbie, one of the owners, she said the menu will be limited, tacos, pub burgers and some BBQ items and sides. It looks like a very hot day, doors open at 11:00, so 2, 3 or 4 wheels, we'll see you there.
The Fourth of July falls on a Tuesday. To celebrate we plan to do a combined ride. Harold’s Smokehouse in Freeman, MO, has agreed to host us. We know it is a family picnic type of day and a workers’ holiday. Some of our ROMEOs said they couldn’t be out on the 4th because of family activities. So, we decided to invite the families. Bring the kids, grand, and great grand kids. The working folks might enjoying see how much we enjoy our retirement. It should be fun with plenty of time to get back home for evening fireworks. Harold’s said it would be okay for us to have sparklers and small fountain type fireworks in their parking lot—just be careful. Harold's opens at 11:00 – hope to see you there

It was a great time at Harold's Smokehouse on this 4th of July Holiday and a great turnout, too. We had a total of 70 Romeos, family and friends. John had a box of trophy's from the estate of Romeo Trish Taylor that he gave out for oldest Romeo, youngest Romeo, Romeos in training, farthest distance, shortest distance and putting up with me (Wanda got that one).
The service was amazing with basically two waitresses, one cook and the manager Merry, food was very good, I had the pub burger, delish!
Thanks everyone for coming on such a hot day, it was fun! Happy Independence Day!

Yes, Harold built a 2 story house in the dining area with display rooms. The main bar in in the downstairs and the upstairs is a meeting room.
