South Central Lunch Ride: Wednesday, May 31, 11:00 AM

It looks like next Wednesday will be a great day to ride. The only thing that would make it better is some BBQ. We'll head back to Winfield, to Boss Hog's. The food and service are very good, and they appreciate our business. Boss Hog's doesn't open until 11:00, so there's no need to show up early unless you want to kick tires and BS in the parking lot. If the weather is not to your liking, it's OK to arrive by car. (Four wheels is better than going hungry...)

Two thumbs and a leg up for Boss Hog's BBQ, Winfield! We enjoyed their great meals, reasonably priced and fresh to the taste. I gobbled down a pulled pork sandwich with salad, most had sandwiches and a few had the full meal dinners. Everyone left pleased and full. Awesome.

We had 16 ROMEO's today. One drove in a pickup truck and all others rolled in on two or three wheel motorcycles. Running Ron from Moundridge was the top roller again this week with 74 one way mileage. I was wimpy rider with only 23. Most were in the 40 - 50 mile range. Total mileage was 712

There were a couple great places mentioned for next week. Roger will let us know after he firms it up with the winner.
