The next Wednesday’s ride is to head out to Chris’ Cafe in Greeley. It was not too long ago her cafe moved from Osawatomie to Greeley, and as I’ve said before, her cafe is already the talk of the town. You can order breakfast or lunch, your choice. The weather forecast looks like it will be about the same as last week, with about 65º for a high.

If you have never been here before you won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to taste Chris’ down-home cooking. You might even want to make her acquaintance while you’re there. You’ll not find a more welcoming hostess than this lady. If you like a good “Scrambler” with all the trimmings and yummy seasonings, this is the place. The breakfast “Haystack” with gravy all over it is Mumm, Mumm, Good!!! It’ll keep you from getting hungry for a month of Sunday’s (this may be a bit of a stretch) but hopefully you get my drift.

Bring a great big appetite and enjoy the ride. “Happy Trails” to you and I hope to see you there!

We got a little taste of spring in the air this week. The temperature got up to 64º today for our after-lunch ride. It won’t be much longer and it will be in full swing for some more enjoyable riding! It was a beautiful day and it looked like many took advantage of the warmer weather and rode their bikes. I started a count but there were so many coming and going I wasn't able to get an accurate count. So, here’s is how the day unfolded as we gathered at Chris’ Cafe.
