We haven't been to Benton in nearly a year, so let's head out for lunch at the airport next Wednesday. Stearman Field is about twenty miles from Wichita; the food's good, there's plenty of room, and there's a nice view from the south dining room. Ride or drive, based on the weather and your inclination Wednesday morning.
Stearman Field has burgers, salads, and sandwiches, in addition to pizza and some other menu items. (I usually get the Ruben sandwich with a side salad, but the pizza looks interesting.)
As usual, we'll be in the south patio room, which has plenty of space in case we want to hang around and shoot the bull after lunch. It's also a good place to watch takeoffs and landings, if there's any aircraft activity. Also, a reminder: Stearman Field normally adds the tip automatically for large groups (but not always,) so check your ticket.

Today Stearman Field Restaurant took exceptional care of ROMEO. Coffee and tea was always full, food was beyond exceptional and the servers were on top of their game for us. Fun for all!
Today we had 19 ROMEO's arrive and enjoy the food and friends. Eight bikes rolled 209 total miles, one way. However Bob put down only 10 miles, which is much lower than the other Wichita riders. Chuck on his GW (GoldWing?) 35 miles making him the long distance roller. Myself and others rode in our cage contraptions and kept warm while listening to old-time rock and roll on the radio.
Lets do it again next week, it's our tradition that must be kept. Roger will post the destination on a new thread, check back if not showing.

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not sure.
If you don't take the time to do it right, you'll find the time to do it twice.
