NOVEMBER 9th, 10 AM, BREAKFAST OR LUNCH, SOMMERSET HALL, DOVER, KS

Sorry about the date typo. I hope no one was miss lead. Thanks to Mick Schurer none of us will have to keep scratching our heads  wondering. Looking at the forecast, it’s going to be in the 60’s for a high. Dover isn't too far for most of us and it’s one of our favorites. Teresa is the new owner, and I’ve been told Angela, the previous owner, still makes the pies, and they are YUM! YUM! So, get your 2, 3 (or) 4 wheels or whatever works for you. Breakfast orders until 10:30 am, then lunch at 11:00 am. It has been a while since we have ridden to Dover. But if you have ever been there, you know their food will be delicious. Breakfast or lunch it’s your choice, either way you will not leave hungry.

FYI: For those who are interested, Romeo shirt orders are still being taken until November 16th. Brad is our point man for the T-Shirts and will be at our next round up to take orders. For those who aren’t yet aware of our Romeo T-Shirt post, you can find it on the very top of our web page. It’s worth looking at! We're seeing a lot of activity on our website and orders are rolling in.

Just came from Olathe Medical Center visiting Ed James after his spinal surgery. He is looking good, and the surgery was a success. The word is that he had one of the finest surgeons one could ever want. He will be in a neck brace for a while. Ed seemed to be in a hopeful spirit as to his healing process. I encouraged him after he gets fully healed to come rejoin the Romeos, either on 2, 3, or 4 wheels. I’m to thank everyone for their prayers and support.

Again, “Happy Trails” and hope to see you all there.

What a day we had today making one last hurrah for the warm weather we have been enjoying this season. The weather forecast for next week will be in the 30s and 40s (Burrrrrrrrr)! We about filled Somerset Hall. It was a real pleasure to meet some of our new folks and our own beloved Mick Lowe after his being absent for some time with some health issues. My last bikes count was at 25, and didn't even try taking a head count, from there it’s anybody's guess how many we had there today. But who is counting when you're having fun. So with all that being said, let’s take a look and see what all took place today.
