South Central Lunch Ride: Wednesday, Nov. 2, 11:00 AM

Lets try a new place that was scouted and approved. We will ride to Winfield for a Mexican meal. The El Maguey Mexican is near the south Winfield golf course, they took over the Montana Mike's place. Great food, a full menu of food (burger if you prefer) super service and priced right. We can't go wrong, let's ride it!

The weather map is showing a real swell riding day for next Wednesday, 59* leave and 72* return. Lets throw a leg over the bike or slide into the cage seat and give it a go! See you there.

Brisk November day with warming sunshine brought out a nice group for ROMEO today. The El Maguey served up good Mexican meals and service was solid for such a large group. Hopefully all were pleased, I was for sure. Note to Roger and myself: when we go Mexican tell the riders to remember the meal number they ordered so the servers can deliver to correct person. All in, the servers took very good care of us. Appreciated!

We had a super group today. We had 27 arrive, 26 on two wheels and one local lady in a 4 wheel cage. The 26 bikes rolled a total of 1137 miles to El Maguey. A fantastic turnout, it's been a spell since we passed 25 riders and today we crushed it with 26! Top mileage rider was Sedgwick Wayne with 60 to the El Maguey. All other riders were 23 miles and up.
