North Central Kansas Weekly Ride 10/26/22

Dave Nothern called me with a suggestion that we go to Natoma this week. We hadn't been there for a few years so it looked like a good ride to me. But alas, it is not to be. As is the case with so many of these small places they too have succumbed to the economics of the times and are no longer in business. Too bad. I was looking forward to that ride. Dave and I pondered a few other options and this is one we came up with. Its been just a year since we've paid these folks a visit and they're always a good time.

Today was a total bust for me. I woke up at 3:30 AM and couldn't get back to sleep. 7:00 rolled around and I took a shower. Then things started going down hill. My innards started tying themselves in a very tight knot. Things didn't start moving again until around 3:00PM. In the mean time I was catching up on the sleep I'd missed. I'm still feeling weak and sore. I'll see how I feel in the morning. I guess we should leave from the Iron Skillet @ 11:45. If I'm not there leave without me.
