This week I’m thinking it would be good to ride up to Seneca, Ks to our northern border. We haven’t been there for quite a long time. This is both breakfast & lunch, so take your pick. The weather looks as though it’s going to cooperate and will be a little cooler for us.
This will be somewhat of a change from what we are normally accustomed to. It’s a coffee house so the ambiance will be a bit different … but interesting. Most of the reviews I’ve read have described this place as a warm and inviting place to gather. I spoke with Taylor, the owner, and she seemed like a person who cares for her customers and treats everyone like friends and family!
Their breakfast sandwiches and omelets are said to be very delicious! It’s suggested that their roast beef is quite tasty and tender.... and the flavor is amazing. It is their special on Wednesdays. This place is unique in that they offer to make you pretty much whatever you want.
The ride there will be long, but hopefully worth it. So, in signing off for now, I wish you all “Happy Trails” and hope to see you all there.

My only thoughts after being with you all yesterday are the words of one hymn writer who wrote, “Oh, happy day!”… “Oh, happy day!” … can I say it again … “Oh, happy day!” I must say that yesterday was a day made to perfection, a day made just for us. What more could a guy or gal ask for. As for me, “Thank you, Lord!”
When arriving to the Coffeehaus I thought I had gotten there early enough to beat the earliest of the “Early Birds”, but I had it all wrong. A half a dozen or so had already been there and served. We had quite a crowd … more than I anticipated. Some were asking how many of us showed up. But because of some coming early and some leaving early, by then I lost count. But then, who is counting when you are having fun?
Taylor was absolutely phenomenal! I told her we give her a #10. Taylor, you made our day, and we’ll be back. Also, let me take this moment to thank those of you who help me with counting heads, taking pictures, offering suggestions as to places to ride, and most of all for making me look good when I forget to pick up my tab from time to time. You all are much appreciated!
Well, it’s time to get right to our SHOW & TELL time. Here we go, enjoy!
Taylor our host, her cook and server made everything work without a hitch! Thank you for making our day.
Thank you Brad for your help with pics
