The hardest part of being a Romeo Coordinator is having to pass on bad news of a friends loss. This week I am sorry to announce the passing of Ted and Penny Keith's daughter Kimberly Renee Keith. With Ted's permission I am posting her obituary and service information.
Kimberly Renee Keith, March 25, 1969 – May 1, 2022. At the age of 53, Kim passed away in Kansas City, Missouri on May 1, 2022. Kim was born in Kansas City, Kansas to Sandra Jacobs and Ted Keith. She graduated from Turner High School in 1987 with honors excelling in Language Arts. Her career included telemarketing and technical support services. Kim enjoyed reading, horseback riding and playing with her beloved kitty, Louie. She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, uncle, Mike Grube and cousin, Brandon Grube. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Jacobs; father, Ted Keith (Penny); sister, Angela Keith (Hans Wilson); brother, Scott Schirmer (Lindsay Gehring) and beloved niece, Kenzie Caspers to whom Kim was affectionately known as “Mik”. In addition, Kim is survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 4th, 2022 at the Maple Hill Funeral Home, 3300 Shawnee Dr., Kansas City, KS 66106 at 11:00 A.M. Memorial visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. prior to service.
