South Central Lunch Ride: Wednesday May 4, 11:00 AM

It looks like rain all day Wednesday, so Charlie and I figured we should keep in close in (for most of us.) Boudreux's has become our go-to bad weather location, and I don't think anyone will object to visiting again. They have burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and some other choices.

Peck is just south of the Sumner/Sedgwick county line on Meridian. The address is 1499 N. Meridian in Peck, which is actually on the southwest corner of 119th South and Meridian.

Boudreux's is about seventeen miles south of Wichita: not too far to drive if the weather turns out wet as expected, and close enough to ride if it clears up unexpectedly. You can always ride and take the long way home if the day's better than predicted. They don’t open the doors until 11:00 AM, so be prepared to kill some time in the parking lot if you arrive early.

Boudreux Burger Barn is awesome! Best burgers that you can find in Peck Kansas, and none better in the state of Kansas. Filling meals, no doubt.
Roger chose the proper place, not only regarding the fantastic Boudreux Burger Barn but the weather. Needed to stay in close and ride the cages.

We had 22 ROMEO's show for the food and fellowship with other ROMEO friends. Thanks for braving the rain and ganging up.

There will be another destination for next Wednesday posted Friday or Saturday. Several of us will miss next week as we will be attending the spring ROMEO Rendezvous in Arkansas.
