Tues 3-15-22 PT's Oak Grove or Roxanne's Platte City

Last week our weather was not conducive to anyone riding except Long John and he rides in all kinds of weather. Well with our weather forecast for Tues the 15th being a high of 67 and sunny I believe there will be more of us out on two or three wheels.

Option 1 this week is a place we have been to many times in the past and have always had both good food and good service. You will not go home hungry from PT’s in Oak Grove where we have the best onion rings and tenderloins. This is a small place and they fill up pretty quickly. Be there at 11:00 when they open. Hope to see you there.

Option B this week will be a good one, Roxanne's Cafe in Platte City, Mo. This should be a great day to get out and ride, even though as I'm ready to post this there are several inches of snow on the ground and more coming! Looks like a chilly start, so lets meet at 10:30. Lunch starts at 10:30, check the board for the specials, if you want breakfast come earlier. There will be Romeo T shirt order forms at Roxanne's, see Bob and Jane or Bob #1 and Wanda, hope to see you there.

Now this is better weather than we had last week and the snow is all gone. 20 Romeos on 14 two/three wheelers today at PT's for tenderloins and onion rings. I am sure that most found a long way home today. Lets hope we have many more like today.

Big group at Roxanne's Cafe in Platte City today, we got there for lunch and the parking lot was full of bikes! Most had braved the cool morning temps for breakfast. I didn't get a count, maybe north of 40 for a total, I actually didn't order lunch because several were looking at the new trike. Yes, Loud Romeo thought since it was my first ride, less than 50 miles as a trike, I should have a warning sign. Great time!
