I hope everyone has come out of hibernation by now and so I thought maybe we can try this again. The weather is showing a high of 50 degrees for Wed. If you haven’t looked at the latest post, you missed out on some interesting news. I’ll share just briefly that one brave Romeo made his way to the Big Biscuit last week, only after doing his civic duty and being a good Samaritan to his community. If you see him this next week, you can learn more about his dutiful act of bravery.

Another bit of news for everyone is that a “Spring Romeo Rendezvous” is now posted for all to see. All the arrangements have been finalized for viewing. I’m sensing a lot of enthusiasm amongst us for this event. A lot of thought and energy has gone into it, and we hope many of you will be able to attend May 9-11, 2022. For more details you will find it on the “General Discussion Forum” and “Coordinators Form,” as well as our “Eastern Kansas Forum”.

WOW!!! Good turn out! The weather was in our favor today. Coming home my thermometer was showing as high as 60 degrees. We had 14 bikes & 18 riders. Not bad for the 1st week in February.

The Big Biscuit was ready for us. We had a room to ourselves and Megan our waitress made us feel right at home. I must say she did an excellent job. I’d give her a 10 (for Excellent) she was fast, efficient, and friendly. I ordered the chicken and waffles that Al Roberson recommended last week. It was very good Al!!
