Fall Rendezvous Update

I spoke with Debra at the Marble Falls Resort this afternoon. A couple dozen of us have reserved rooms (we blocked out twenty initially,) but she still has rooms available. If you haven't made reservations, I'd suggest doing it soon.

The will be on Tuesday, September 10 and Wednesday, September 11. Most of us will arrive on Monday, September 9 and depart on Thursday, September 12.

Marble Falls Resort will offer a banquet meal on Wednesday evening, as has been our custom. Let them know that you're attending the banquet when you reserve your room. Cost of the meal, including tip, is $15. Catfish, pork loin, and appropriate side dishes are on the menu.

Based on the response so far, they've decided to open the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

You can contact Marble Falls Resort for reservations by calling (870) 204-0750. Tell them you're with the ROMEO group, our rate is $65 (plus tax) per night for a single queen bed, $75 for a single king bed, and $85 for a room with two queen beds. There is a charge of $50 if you bring a pet.
