Here's the story.

Post by Roadpounder »

As you heard from Big Jim, I've been feeling a little under the weather lately. Last week Monday I passe down the mantel of leadership to big Jim to set up this week's ride. I sat at home to let this bug run it's course. Taking OTC meds I sat it out but it only got worse. Finally on Tuesday I made an appointment to visit the doctor. Shorty came over to take me to my appointment. I got into the shower and it almost killed me. It took everything I had just to wash up. I couldn't even wash my hair. By the time I got out couldn't breathe at all  When Shorty saw the condition I was in he called EMS and they took me to the hospital where I was incomplete respiratory failure. After hooking me up to every monitor conceivable to keep an eye on everything from compression, intake, timing, oil pressure and temperature, coolant level, and even exhaust gas temperature. ;) The bottom line diagnosis turned out to be a severe case of pneumonia. I now sit in the Salina hospital being filled with gallons of sea foam to flush out my intake system. ;) They're thinking I'll be in the shop for 5 or 6 days. I guess the lesson to be learned is If you're going to bail out of your plane it would be good to pop your parachute a little sooner. ;)

Hello Guys.
Well today Marty Got out of The Hospital, (as he says Jail) LOL He is doing better, Not to worry Marty is My Brother in God,And Im here for him, But now I ask for help. I have done all I can and Terry and I took care of his Yard, Now he has a Big problem, As most of you know he has been on Disablity for a while, And does not Get the kind of Money he did while he worked. SS is a Bitch , His A/C in his Home has gave way to the iron goddess and needs total replacement. He is they type to drop what he is doing at the Moment and Jump in to help his Fellow Bikers and close friends, Bottom line is The A/C is going to cost around 7 grand to replace, . So here I am Looking for help for him, I Pray that God Hears my Prayers, I put a small window unit in his living room and closed it off with a curtain across that door, And I had a Portable one for his Bedroom, He still has a way to go to be Healthy, I hope as stubborn as we Guys can be, He wont just jump up and start working on bikes or try to go for rides Till he has all his Marbles back LOL. He is still weak and needs rest , Please Help , Shorty, As an ordained Minister I pray for each and every one of you. Pastor Dave aka Shorty Salina Ks, my number is 785-502-0426 if you need any info
