9/29/17 10:00 NIC NAK CAFE SHELDON, MO

Post by Duffy »

The Nic Nak is a newer cafe in downtown Sheldon Mo. This is our second trip there. The last time the cafe set up a breakfast buffet that was very good. The plan is for them to have the buffet again. The Southwest MO. Romeos from Lamar go there alot. From highway I 49 and the north exit to Sheldon go into town. When you see a sign directing you south to the business distric or the boot store follow the road a few blocks south to the main street and turn east for a couple of more blocks. The cafe is on the north side of the street. If this sounds complicated remember Sheldon has only 2 stores in the downtown area.

Twenty eight Romeos ventured to the Nic NaK Burger Shack in Sheldon Mo today for a very good breakfast buffet. We have been there before and the ladies there sure know how to feed a group of hungry Romeos. We had several from the Lamar Romeos, Eastern Kansas Romeos, Kansas City Romeos and Southeast Romeos. They came from as far south as Independence Ks and as far north as Lawrence Ks. All were hungry and all were fed well. I know several that were not taking the short way home with plans of enjoying the great riding weather.

On another note I visited with Dean and he had been to see George this week and reported he is doing well and getting restless. I know he is really missing the riding this time of year. Hope he is back soon, we miss him.

Following are several pictures taken today. Hope you enjoy.

Proud to be a Romeo
