July Romeo Lunch in the USA the Brits are coming

Post by Alb1on »

The plan is to go by Alice's on the way back to San Francisco after the races at Laguna Seca. That would be Monday 25th July. The restaurant is 80-90 miles from Monterey, depending on the particular route that we take. That would be a natural place for lunch, so let's just plan on being there between 12:00 and 12:30. Let me know how much response you get and how many people might show up. I doubt they would reserve space for us, but we can at least warn them that the British are coming with half the state of Kansas. :-)

We will be touring in California in July so I discussed a possible Romeo lunch with the tour leader, Rod Powell from Seattle, and the above is his reply. I appreciate that Kansas is a long way from California, but if any of you are on holiday there, it would be great to see you, otherwise we'll just enjoy the atmosphere and soak up some sun. We'll be back home in August so that would be the next lunch in Blighty.

Hope all well with all of you out there.

Regards

Cathy & Jon.

Great pics Cathy. I thought we had a couple of guys in that area that were going to join you, but alas their schedules didn't allow.

You should make it back in September for our three day fall ride in Arkansas.
