I told Talette to expect 60 to 70 and she said RIGHT :!: "Last time you told me that and over 100 showed up. :o  We will be ready" Romeo's are always willing to pitch in. Thanks Linda :!: We have a big group becasue a lot of the riders from Eastern Kansas Romeos join us when we go to Tongonoxie. It will be a fun day. Hope you can make it.

The "Map Genie" provides us with a map that shows all the Romeos meetings for the week. Check it out. It is interactive so you can plan a route from your home to any of the lunch spots.

The new shirts are in and I will have them at the ROMEO lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thanks for your support. I was worried about selling the 48 I had to order in advance. I have sold 43 :!:  and I am considering starting another order. They are $12 for short sleeve and $14 long sleeve. Available in orange, safety green and about any other color you want. Grey really looks nice. There is an upcharge for larger sizes. I will take orders this week and decide whether I want to invest again.

Christmas in August for the Romeos in Tonganoxie, Ks! That street vendor (Roger) was busier than the waitresses in Talette's Cafe selling the new Romeo shirts and hats. Some of us had a little wait on our meals, but it was not poor service, the waitresses were running to keep up with orders, refills and food delivery, as Roger predicted, we brought a huge group today.
We really want to thank Roger and Melissa for their commitment, creativity and the time they invest in all of us to keep Romeos such a special organization.

Whow what a day :o With numbers well over 100 this has to be the largest ROMEO breakfast/lunches we have ever had. The ladies at Talette's did all they could do. Some of you had to wait to find a place to sit down and some had to wait a very long time to get their food, but no one complained. Thank you for you patients and understand. I think we can all agree Talette's was doing the best they could. I never hear complaints if the crew is doing the best they can and that was the certainly the case today.

Thanks for helping me out. I had $538 worth of shirts with me today. I have to admit I was a little worried. No only did almost everyone that had shirts on order show up, I sold all my extras except for 5 and sold enough that I am working on another order. :!:

Thanks for coming today. I hope you enjoyed yourself.

IIt is always nice to have the young ROMEO's join us. Her shirt says "Yes, I kick like a girl." and I bet she means it. Thanks for spending some time with us today. Good luck in school next year. ;) Come back and see us anytime.
