TUE 6/14 DEARBORN CAFE, DEARBORN MO

Post by Parkville Rider »

While Roger and Missy are still enjoying the national parks in Utah, Roger asked if we could pick the location for next week's breakfast/lunch. Mary and I made sure they were still open today and split one of their tenderloin sandwiches. It was a big one!

Shelly said they would love to have us for breakfast or lunch so regardless of the weather, let's try not to disappoint her. :)

They cut off breakfast at 10:30 sharp and lunch special for Tuesday is Tacos or Taco Salad, but you can still enjoy anything else on their lunch menu including the BIG tenderloin sandwich. Local lunch crowd gets busy so 10:30 would be the best time unless you come earlier for breakfast.

In spite of my lack of proofreading my original post where I put Dearborn KANSAS instead of Missouri  plenty figured it out and showed up for breakfast and/or lunch. My best guess is 30 to 40 bikes spread out the load for the staff who did an admirable job keeping everyone fed. I know they were very excited about our presence as we either scared off the locals or they decided to eat at home. ;)

So if any of you are still trying to find Dearborn Kansas, my deepest apologies!

Thanks to all who ignored my post and followed the map, which was correct. By the time we got home, the temperature was nearing 90 and if the heat doesn't scare you off, check out the Eastern Kansas Romeo's event tomorrow at the Coffee Cup Cafe in Eskridge, Kansas.
