It's been about five months since we last visited Boudreux Burger Barn, we're into our cold weather destinations now, and Brian is back from Texas. (Can't really go to Boudreaux without Brian; the man knows his way around a cheeseburger...) So, next week it's burgers in Peck.
Everyone seems to enjoy the food and company at Boudreux's; it's a a bit too close for our “good weather” rides, so I save it for winter. Peck is just south of the Sumner/Sedgwick county line on Meridian. The address is 1499 N. Meridian in Peck, which is actually on the southwest corner of 119th South and Meridian.
Boudreux's is about seventeen miles south of Wichita; it’s not too far to ride in the cold if you bundle up, or too boring to drive if you opt for four wheels. They don’t open the doors until 11:00 AM, so be prepared to kill some time in the parking lot if you arrive early.

Re: South Central Lunch: Wednesday, January 17, 11:00 AM
We had an excellent turnout on a somewhat less than excellent day. Twenty-two of us made it to lunch in Peck; one guy actually rode a motorcycle. Ron traveled sixty miles from Moundridge on his Harley for a cheeseburger. (They were pretty good cheeseburgers, though.)
The food was good, and the service was fast. In addition to the usual fare, Boudreaux's had chili; I had a cup with my cheeseburger, and it was pretty tasty.
Charley was seen with camera in hand, so check back for photos. Probably only one bike, and a bunch of old guys stuffing their faces... (Charley does good work with marginal subject material.)
I'll have next week's destination posted in a couple of days. We'll probably head north a bit while staying close to Wichita, as it looks like cold weather will be back again next week.
