Re: New group in the Oregon and Washington border near the Columbia River

Hey Bill - I forgot to mention that I have literally hundreds of the ROMEO windshield stickers that will identify you as a ROMEO from afar. If you send me your address or somehow post it on the website so I can find it, I'll send you an ample supply for your group at N/C. Or just send me your addres...

EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENT

Guys - I'm not trying to rain on Marty's parade here for the North Central Lunch, but if you're an early riser and are up to a Long Distance Ride to support a bunch of 1st Graders who have been studying "The Mouse and the Motorcycle'" as a class project, check out the South Central "E...

Re: New group in the Oregon and Washington border near the Columbia River

b52Bill - Hi Bill! Richard Kurtz here to welcome you into our delightful group. One of the reasons for our success has been the freedom we offer each and every member. We have no dues, no by-laws, no officers, no brand loyalty and no member responsibility other than that of the ride coordinator who ...

Re: Update - New changes in the forums

Guys - Richard here again. The primary reason I have not previously written a historical account on the formation of the ROMEO organization has been because in many respects, it is my history and I didn't want to come across as self centered or arrogant. But, in just these short responses, there ar...

Re: Lunch,TUESDAY,Oct 4,10:30,Blue Eye Burger, Mo.

arkyleo - My 3 sons and I were at Blue Eye a week prior to your visit to Blue Eye Burgers. On our annual Arkansas ride we also ate at Blue Eye Burger. My first visit there and the burger was wonderful. I may be going there more often now that my middle son, the "Banker in the family" just ...

Re: Update - New changes in the forums

Jerry - I appreciate what you do but it's important to remember where we came from as an organization. When you imply that many have been around since 2008 that's a bit misleading to many new members. This organization has been around many years prior to computerization. In fact some of my earliest ...

Re: North Central Kansas Weekly Ride 9/14/16

Guys - I was in Arkansas at the Romeo Rendezvous so I missed this one but at coffee today at Wendys where the guys gather at 3:00 pm. Someone commented that there were about 27 or 28 that showed up at Hanover. It has been many a year since I was there last but I remember it as being a great place to...

Re: Brkfst,THURSDAY,6-23,9A,Ozark Cafe, Jasper AR.

Guys - I was just scanning your photos of breakfast in Jasper and I'm soooo jealous! You guys just don't realize what a great a place you have the priviledge to live in. I have a corner of the garage with tires with full tread on the sides that I'd be willing to swap for some of your's with tread in...
