Re: New Member
Hey All, KC resident Tom Linafelt here, been riding 30 years, now on a 1983 Honda Magna V65, "the fastest production motorcycle of 1983." Having said that, my speed days are behind me - I now appreciate the bike as much for its comfort as for its exhilarating performance. I like food and ...

[quote jerry in kc]I hope this leaders meeting continues in the future as a way to recognize and thank these guys who step forward, and maybe inspire some others to do the same.[quote jerry in kc] I just wanted to say I think the leaders meeting is a good idea, and should be held periodically. The o...

Thanks! Some more neat places to go ride to. I've been to Rock City in Minneapolis before. It's kinda neat how those rocks are there.

First Annual Vintage Bike Show
Guys,
This looks like it might be fun. Give ol' Jim Sneegas a call if you have any questions, or you can ask me how to get there if you don't know.

Re: Ride
I debated a ride today and decided not. Will probably regret it. Not as much as my wife will. I get real grumpy after a week or so of not riding. At least with the BMWs in the barn I have something to ride in this weather. The Harley and Triumph do just fine, but the salt is hell on the wheels. Of ...

Re: Ride report april 22 2009
Thanks Don for inviting us to the museum. I really enjoyed looking at the planes and helicoptors. I also enjoyed listening to some of the guys talk about them in their experiences with them in their service lives. Evidently some of the guys were or still are pilots and it was kinda neat to hear avia...

Hey Glenda, Excellent commentary! I felt like I was there, riding along. You and Robin have such great stories to tell of your trips. I hope everyone enjoys them as much as I do. You guys do exactly what I would be doing if my bank account and health were in the kind of shape it would take to do suc...

Re: Best Ride
I liked most of the rides but a couple of favorites were Reading and Chapman. Reading for a couple of reasons.I took different routes to and from Reading but coming home from there the temperature was warm and the road was almost abandon. The same thing with the Chapman lunch, I came back on Hwy 17...
