Leroy, Jerry and Susan, Gibbo and I were there. Gibbo rode his trike, which earned him some cherry pie and ice cream to match what I was eating. ...

Re: South Central Lunch: Wed., November 14, 11:00 AM

We had 16 riders sign the book at the Hutchinson airport. The food on the buffet was very good. It was a cool morning to ride, but light wind and plenty of sunshine made it a good day to be out. Two other riders chose to eat elsewhere due to the "no guns" sign on the door. Jim was there wi...

Re: South Central Lunch Ride: Wednesday, September 19, 11:00

We had 34 sign the book today. The weather was great for a ride, but a strong wind from the south for some of us on the way back home. All reports that I heard were positive on the food and the service. A good place for a meal, plenty of space to park, and good folks with whom to visit. Cary P.S. Ro...

Re: Room Available for ROMEOs Rendezvous

There is another room available, as I have also cancelled mine. John and I were going down together, but wet, stormy forecast is not good and I don't need more experience riding in the rain.

Hello from Derby

Thanks for letting my join ROMEO riders. It's a great idea for us retirees. Unlike most I have met so far, I have only been riding since 1993, progressing from a Honda Shadow 800 up to a Gold Wing, with a few others in between. My wife and I moved to Derby from Plano, TX in April 2010 and we have lo...
