Rudy recently asked when we were going back to the Stock Tank. Next Wednesday looks like as good a day as any. They're located at 113 Spring St. in Conway Springs. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, and their take on Mexican food. The weather looks good; ride if you're able, drive if you have to.

Brian asked to go back to Winfield next week. He's fond of El Maguey, so it's Mexican food on the 18th. El Maguey is located at 3727 Quail Ridge Drive, just east of Hwy77 on the far south end of town.

This will be our final breakfast ride this year; we'll switch back to lunches in September. We'll meet at the Carriage Crossing, at the corner of K96 and Yoder road, in Yoder. Lots of good breakfast choices, including German rope sausage.

I've set us up for the Prairie House, 100 S. Main in Leon. Breakfast seems to be their strong suit, so let's get back before we restart lunch rides in September. We're heading back to Harper next Wednesday, to the Red Rooster Cafe. They're located at 524 W. 14th, on the north side of US160. The breakfast menu is very good; one of the few places to offer Eggs Benedict. I hope to be there, but don't you miss it.

I missed the breakfast Wednesday, and forgot to send the book with someone else. The radiation and chemo.has been kicking my ass more and more; fortunately I only have four more sessions. We'll be heading west next Wednesday, to the Suppesville Cafe. The address is 1692 W. 140th, in Milton. It's located at the intersection of K-15 and 140th, and is attached to the gas station and convenience store.

Another old favorite some of the guys have been asking for. We'll return to Lila's, in Piedmont, next Wednesday. It's a small place with a small kitchen, so they'll have a special meal for all of us. It looks like sunny and hot next week, so stay hydrated.

Northeast to Galva next Wednesday, to the 56 Family Restaurant. They're at 220 Hwy 56, on the south side of the highway. Good food, including homemade sausage.

Can't beat pizza and salad. We're heading to my favorite pizza place next Wednesday; Kristy's Kafe in Anthony. They're located at 110 W. Main. All the pizza, salad, and drinks you want for less than ten bucks. They also have pasta and sandwiches on homemade bread.

It looks like good riding weather next Wednesday, so we'll head a little farther afield. Buck's BBQ is located at the west side of Sedan, where highways 99 and business 166 intersect. The brisket is excellent, and it's a nice ride there and back.

I was going to route us to Sedan, but it looks like we might see rain next Wednesday. We'll try Armando's, in Clearwater, instead. They're located at 117 Ross, in the middle of downtown.
